& Holly's Comments
New update, December 2004
After six months, the results are undeniable: Holly's cardiovascular capacity has increased tenfold, her knee pain has disappeared and she’s experienced significant weight loss.
In six months she has lost 51 lbs of body fat, not just weight loss, but more important are the results from her blood work;
| Cholesterol (reference range 100-199) |
from a high of 231 down to 131 |
| LDL (bad cholesterol, reference range 0-129) |
from a high of 133 down to 52 |
| HDL (good Cholesterol, reference range 40-59) |
from 52 to 57 is still within range |
| Triglycerides (reference range 0-149) |
from a high of 228 down to 88 |
| Mean Blood Glucose (reference range 95-110) |
from a high of 147 down to 120 |
|
Her doctor, not seeing her for six months, was completely surprised because he had been trying for years to get her to lose weight. He has taken her off most of her medication and said that if she keeps this up, she should be able to stop all medication.

Holly's progress (May 2004 - Nov 2004)
She accomplished all of this by using very simple exercises that most people can do, no fad diets, and a willingness to change her life. Even traditional equipment like bathroom scales are out; "Rather than having a scale indicate your proper weight, you should be able to look in the mirror and say to yourself, 'Am I happy with my appearance?' If the answer is 'yes', you're at the correct weight."
The message is, eat sensibly, enjoy yourself, watch your portions and exercise...
Sincerely,
Chazz
